RETURN POLICY

At COBLAQ , we pride ourselves on providing high-quality jewellery to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we have the following policy in place:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order or send us a direct message on Instagram. Please provide a clear unboxing video or a photo of the received item along with the reason for the exchange.

We will then arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match your order.
